Which areas/schools do you service?

Our service area covers the city boundaries of Waterloo, Kitchener, Cambridge and Guelph. This area includes the University of Waterloo, Wilfred Laurier University, University of Guelph and Conestoga College.

If you need your items picked up or delivered outside our service area, we can either receive items shipped to our warehouse, ship your items (both domestic and international) as well as schedule pickups or deliveries in regions outside our service area (GTA, Hamilton, London) for an additional fee. Please contact us for a quote.

How much advance notice do you need?

For pickup and delivery of your items we require a minimum of 24 hours notice. However, we are very busy during the months of April, May, August and September and recommend customers book as early as possible (1-2 weeks in advance) to guarantee their preferred date and time. Pickup and delivery dates and times are available on a first come, first served basis.

Do I get to choose the pickup and delivery date and time?

Yes. We deliver packing supplies and offer item pickup/delivery within 1-hour time windows of your choosing, subject to availability. Our staff will arrive at any point within the selected 1-hour window and will notify you through text and call upon their arrival.

Do I need to label my items?

Labeling your items is entirely optional. During pickup, our staff will securely attach a label with your unique tracking barcode to each item.


How do I get my free packing supplies?

Every storage term includes $15 worth of free packing supplies delivered to your door on a date and time you choose. A $15 deposit is required when placing your order, which will be deducted from your final storage invoice. When ordering online, you can choose from a range of box sizes, bubble-wrap, and tape to suit your needs.

What if I need additional packing supplies?

Additional packing supplies can be purchased above the $15 free amount and will be delivered free to your door.

What if I don't know how many boxes I need? Can I return unused packing supplies?

Yes, any unused boxes or packing supplies can be returned during your pickup. If you purchased any additional packing supplies above the free amount we will refund the purchase amount of the returned supplies on your final storage invoice.


Can I use my own boxes for storage?

Yes. We allow any type of enclosed storage container such as suitcases or plastic storage totes.

Can I store my items for less than 1 month?

Yes. However, we charge a minimum of one month plus a one-time short-term fee (applicable for any storage term 2 months or less).

Is there a minimum amount of boxes I need to have to use your service?

There is no minimum or maximum number of items that you can store.

Are my items insured against loss or damage?

Yes. Our prices include $100 worth of insurance per stored item. The coverage period begins from the time we pick your items up until we deliver them back to you.

Can I purchase any additional insurance?

Yes. Please contact us if you wish to purchase additional insurance.

Do you have any restrictions on the types of things that can be stored?

Yes. We do not allow the storage of perishable items such as food, liquids (including alcohol), cash, hazardous materials and items with a large monetary value.

Is there a weight limit for my boxes?

We ask that your storage boxes weigh less than 32 kg or 70lbs. Items weighing more than 34 kg or 75lbs will incur additional handling fees.

Can I access my items while in storage?

For security and insurance reasons, we cannot permit public access to our warehouse. For your convenience, we offer door to door deliveries or office pickups within 24 hours provided availability.

Where is your storage facility located?

Our storage facility is located in Waterloo, ON.


Do I need to bring my items curbside for pickup?

No. Pickup and delivery from and to your room is included in the price regardless whether you are on or off-campus.

What if I live on the 3rd floor with no elevator?

Not a problem. Our staff will handle the transportation of your items up or down the stairs as needed.

What if I have more or less items on pickup then I ordered?

You will only be charged for the number of items you store. There is no minimum or maximum number of items that you can store.

Do I need to be present when you pickup or deliver my belongings?

We can pick up and deliver your items to a friend or front desk staff. However, we will not deliver your items to a third party without your prior consent.

Do I have to get all my items back at once?

No. You can get any of your items back at any time while leaving others in storage. However, additional deliveries (and pickups) within the same billing period may incur additional fees.

Can I have my items shipped to another province or country?

Yes. We can ship your items to any location in the world. Contact us and we will provide a quote based on standard ground/freight rates.


When do I pay?

Payment for storage is required before we deliver your items.
The deposit or additional payment for any packing supplies is required at time of order.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and AMEX) as well as payment through PayPal or interact e-transfer. We do not accept personal cheques.

Do I get charged for a full month if im a couple days over?

For storage terms greater than 3 months, we offer a grace period of 10 days where we prorate the monthly rate. On the 11th day we charge for a full month.

Do you offer any discounts?

If you're storing lots of items, we still make pricing comparable to self storage, and much more accessible and easy.
The following are our current volume discounts for storage periods over 3 months:

15 items+ : 10% discount
25 items+ : 15% discount
40 items+ : 20% discount
